CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Made by Terry Dyson/Dyson Analysis/Dyson-Mobility Weblog (hereafter referred as DMW) and the Subscriber
- Subscriber agrees upon registration to DMW that due to the very nature of
DMW/Terry Dyson/Dyson Analysis, that any exchange on DMW is not to be
disclosed in any form with anyone or entity without express written
permission of Terry Dyson.
- Remedies for breach of this
agreement are construed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
However, remedies by DMW for enforcement are unrestricted in any country or
court due to the international access of DMW.
- Obligations of confidentiality under this agreement have no limits in regard to time.
- This confidentiality agreement does not constitute a commitment or an
obligation on the part of either party to enter into any other binding
contractual agreement.
- In subscribing to DMW service, the subscriber acknowledges his compliance with said agreement.
